Lynda passed away suddenly at her home in Eatonia, Sask., after a lengthy battle with cancer on May 21, 2019, at the age of 68.
Lynda was born in Petawawa, Ont., on Jan. 16, 1951. Her family moved to Calgary when Lynda was four. Lynda grew up during the hippie movement and embraced the lifestyle throughout her life. She always lived life to the fullest.
She had one daughter, Crystal, in 1974. Lynda lived in Calgary until she moved to Rocky Mountain House. She loved Rocky and its surrounding wilderness. Lynda lived west of Cow Lake for many years until it was time to retire in Saskatchewan.
Lynda met many people on her journey of life and had fond memories of them all. She had a fondness for all animals whether large or small, and a love for gardening.
Lynda was predeceased by her parents Leslie and Elsie James.
She is survived by her daughter Crystal (Jeremy), her grandchildren Jayde, Jasmine, Jessica and Allan and her great-grandchildren Carter, Jaxs and Emma.
